Community Events
We want our community to gather offline, in the real world.
What does this look like? We host casual social get togethers, invite the community to meet us in person, share our experiences, and engage in mental wellbeing exercises and activities.
Check out what we’ve done so far.

These included a live panel “Mind Matter,” a podcast episode featuring Nina Park, appearances at Drumming practices, and our Mind the Waves booth on the day of the Drum Fest.

Self-Care Fair
In celebration of World Mental Health Day October 2024, we proudly launched our inaugural Self Care Fair. Designed with a warm, neighborhood-community vibe, the event invited our community to engage in a day of activities, reflection, and meaningful conversations focused on mental well-being. From yoga sessions and friendly advice to professional therapy, interactive art experiences, and coffee dates, our goal was to highlight the simple yet powerful ways that caring for your mind can seamlessly integrate into everyday life.
