Hong Kongers,
Olympians, mental health advocates.

A Message from Our Founders
Professional swimming brought us together and made us friends. But it’s the journey we’ve shared pursuing our Olympic dreams, that bonded us for life. What we’ve experienced in our lives; our intense athletic careers, the knocks we’ve suffered, the successes we’ve enjoyed, the fatigue and the elation, the boredom and the excitement, the loneliness and the adoration, challenged our physical and mental health states to the max.

However, these struggles are not unique to us. This is stuff every kid faces in daily life. And we think it’s particularly hard in Hong Kong. It feels like nobody’s interested, nobody’s listening and there’s no one to talk to. And if you need help, it can be really hard to find.
So, we want to change that. By telling our story, creating a safe space for dialogue, and connecting our audience to the right resources, we’ll give youth the tools they need to improve their personal mental wellbeing.
